Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering SASE Consulting for your safeguarding needs. Below are the key terms and conditions that govern the services we provide.

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided by SASE Consulting are non-obligatory and valid for a period of 21 working days from the date of issue.

  • The prices quoted are based on the details of the services requested and may be subject to change if the scope or specifications of the work change after the quote is issued.

Booking and Payment Terms

  • To secure a booking, clients must submit a payment of 50% of the total service fee. This payment is considered a booking fee.

  • The booking fee is fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 30 days before the scheduled service date.

  • For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the service date, a 25% refund of the booking fee will be issued.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee, which is non-refundable.

  • Subject to availability and at the discretion of SASE Consulting, clients will be offered one alternative service date in the event of cancellation.​​​​

 

Payment and Invoicing

  • Invoices will be issued upon completion of services and are payable within 21 working days from the date of issue.

  • Failure to make payment within this time frame may result in the pursuit of legal options to recover any outstanding monies, along with any additional incurred costs (e.g., interest, collection fees).

Service Delivery Guarantee

SASE Consulting takes great pride in its record of 100% service fulfilment and has never failed to deliver a tendered service. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the service, we commit to:

  • Informing the client as soon as possible and work with them to reschedule the service.

  • Issuing a full refund of any payments made, and

  • Providing clients the option to reschedule the service on an alternative date within 3 months of the original service date.

 

Liability and Insurance

  • SASE Consulting carries appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance. We aim to deliver our services with the utmost professionalism and care.

  • SASE Consulting is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use or application of our services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • SASE Consulting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and adhering to data protection laws and regulations (including GDPR).

  • Any information provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

 

Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfil their obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to events beyond their reasonable control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions).

 

Amendments

  • Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or, if necessary, litigation.
